We want you to be completely satisfied with your GUESS purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Returns are simple and can be completed via mail or at any of our participating retail locations.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account or use the Order Tracking tool to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and security seals are intact, and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or carrier drop box.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
